Attention nanoFAB Users:
There was a major HVAC failure in the nanoFAB late on November 17th. The U of A trades are working diligently to repair the problem, but the cleanroom conditions likely won’t return to normal until Monday November 22nd. The cleanroom is still open, but please pay particular attention to any facility conditions that might effect your process (ie. Temp, humidity, etc). Also, please not that the cleanliness of the cleanroom is likely lower during this time. Any questions or comments, please contact me.
