The nanoFAB will be closed on Monday February 18, 2012 as we are observing the Family Day holiday. Access will fall under our normal after hours access policy. We will return to normal hours on Tuesday morning.

Last day for Photomask Submissions – December 14/11

If you’re hoping to have a Photomask processed before our winter shutdown. please note that the final day for Photomask fabrication submissions before our winter shutdown will be Friday December 14, 2012.
Winter Shutdown for the nanoFAB

There will be limited processing available after 1PM on December 20th, 2012. This is due to our annual shutdown, in which we perform scheduled preventative maintenance and testing on many tools.
Monday, Dec. 17th – 11:30 – 5PM

Due to a staff event, our after hours policy will be in effect starting at 11:30AM on Monday December 17th. We will be returning to normal hours of operation on Tuesday morning. If you don’t have after hours access or specific approval from nanoFAB staff, users must abide by our after hours use policy.
