Celebration of Life

New Knowledge Base

The nanoFAB has released a new online knowledge base as our ongoing document repository. SDS, SOPs, policies & procedures, how to’s, will all be posted there. The site will continuously be updated.

Plasma Clean System

An inductively coupled low-pressure RF plasma source (GV10x DownStream Asher) for advanced cleaning and contamination control of TEM and SEM samples is now available. Keep Reading

Did you know?

Through the support of the ECE Department, the nanoFAB collaboration space in W1-128 has been recently updated and expanded. If you are waiting for processing in the nanoFAB, you can utilize this drop in space to catch up on work our use our open access computers for data processing or design.
