Here we provide updates regarding ongoing nanoFAB activities which may be of interest to our user community.
nanoFAB Awarded $6.2M CFI
The nanoFAB, in collaboration with Dr. Jillian Buriak, was awarded a $6.2M CFI project for “Advanced Integrated Manufacturing of Micro and Nano Systems”. Highlights of this equipment grant include; XPS, FIB-SEM, X-Ray Microscope, Raman Microscope, 100 kV EBL, ALD, 2 photon 3D printer and other tools. If interested in any of these capabilities, please contact the nanoFAB Director.
Large Area Mapping
Nanoscopic analysis of large area samples is now available in the nanoFAB for both morphological and composition analysis.
Image Contest Winners!
The nanoFAB is pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural 2017 Image Contest. Congratulations to the winners, and many thanks to everyone who participated!
Did you know?
Over a 12 month period the nanoFAB has processed over 4000 combined requests items. The is an average of 6 requests per day per staff member.
