The nanoFAB invites you to spend “A morning with memsstar”. We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting Dr. Daniel Drysdale from memsstar Ltd. From 10:00—11:00 a.m. on July 8th, 2016, Dr. Drysdale will present a technology and applications overview of the new memsstar® ORBIS Alpha vapour HF oxide etching system currently being installed at the nanoFAB. A general question-and-answer period will immediately follow the presentation.
