There will be limited processing during the week of December 22nd, 2014. This is due to our annual shutdown, in which we perform scheduled preventative maintenance and testing on many tools. The nanoFAB will re-open and begin to ramp up its available tools and processes on Monday January 5th, 2015. If you need more information about a specific tool or process, please refer to the equipment booking calendar or contact the appropriate staff member.
