This is an announcement regarding a recent nanoFAB policy review and subsequent updates to “Optical Mask Pricing and Shipping” and “Cleanroom Storage Box” policies. Details on the policy review and updates can be found in the attached pdf’s and have been included in the online version of the nanoFAB Policy Manual.
Important changes to the nanoFAB Optical Mask Service include an increase in the default write time from 2 hours to 2.5 hours and an increase of 9% for optical mask pricing covering the rising cost of substrates, holders and development. Also, for those groups requiring shipping, submission of a courier account number will now be required upon online mask submission.
