UPDATE – The DI water system upgrade is complete & the system is once again working normally.
There will be a temporary shutdown of the DI water system this morning. If you’re working in the cleanroom this morning, please do your best to minimize your DI water usage.
The system is working as it should, but there is an upgrade occuring upstream (meaning we can’t make any more DI water until they are done. We expect the water system to be back to normal by lunchtime today.
