As part of the ongoing installation of the Alcatel AMS110, we have temporarily moved the storage boxes in the cleanroom along the south wall. Users can find their boxes distributed on the shelves around the LPCVD. They are not necessarily in the same order or on the same shelf as before.
Please note that this is temporary and once a permament location is decided upon, they will be moved again. If there are any users who currently have a cleanroom storage box and are no longer in need of it, please contact Melissa Hawrelechko to reclaim your deposit.
