The nanoFAB will be hosting a Raith user meeting for the benefit of our EBL community. This meeting will comprise an update regarding the maintenance and upgrade to the Raith 150-TWO tool, two brief talks on advanced topics in Raith usage (drift correction and generation of GDSII files using MATLAB), and an opportunity for discussion of any EBL-related processing questions or concerns.
