Updated 04/24/14: **Due to a delay in the second stage of the upgrade, photomask processing will be available from April 28th thru May 14th. Based on this updated schedule, we anticipate being able to process masks again during the week of June 9th.**
The nanoFAB is excited to announce that our pattern generator will be undergoing some major upgrades very soon. These major upgrades will require significant downtime while the manufacturer performs these hardware and software changes.
As such, any masks submitted after 12:00pm on April 15th will remain in the queue, but not be processed until after the upgrades are complete and the system has been properly re-qualified. We conservatively estimate being able to process masks again during the week of May 19th.
